Each order is for one carton containing either 2 or 3 whole geese, depending on your selection below. Rich, fatty and full of flavour, goose is ideal for slow roasting, with beautifully crisp skin and luscious fat perfect for rendering. Save the fat for roasting vegetables — it’s liquid gold. UGoose geese are fully pasture-raised on the Mackenzie family’s fifth-generation farm in Gippsland, VIC. From naturally laid eggs to final processing, every stage is done by hand on-farm. These birds are free to range, raised without hormones or antibiotics, and grown slowly on clean, chemical-free pasture. Order now: Make your selection below, pay your deposit, and we’ll invoice you the balance depending on final weight and delivery location. Goose is supplied frozen. Geese are pre-packed in cartons listed below. Raw whole goose from UGoose, pasture-raised on a fifth-generation farm in Gippsland, VIC.

But here’s the trick: geese aren’t in season in summer. They’re at their very best in the middle of winter — and that’s now.

We’ve just received the final batch of this season’s beautiful @ugoose.aus pasture-raised geese. Available now by the carton (2 or 3 per box), at wholesale pricing.

If freezer space is tight, I’m happy to hold them at the warehouse and deliver closer to Christmas — just let me know when you order.
