Because of this, our produce is featured in a number of high end restaurant and food venues throughout QLD and Australian capital cities on behalf of our small-scale farms, and have been recognised by Landline, Australian Food Sovereignty, and Telstra Business for our contribution.
We are pleased to work alongside some of Australia’s multiple award winning small batch farmers, and have exclusive distribution of Sommerlad Heritage Chicken, UGoose geese and muscovy ducks, Awassi Queensland dairy, Awassi meat and fat tails, Lambtastic Saltbush lamb, Berkshire Black kurobuta pork from Emperors pork. Additionally, our range includes Flinders Island game; Stanthorpe venison, Jalbirri Googums eggs, and hand crafted cultured butter.
Our Food Service arm is proud to work with chefs who let seasonal produce write their menu.
We work on full transparency and supply single origin produce only. This means we do not source boxed meats or bulk units of cuts. Rather, we encourage you to explore whole carcasses and full animals the way nature intended them to grow. Always free of antibiotics, hormones and chemicals, always regeneratively farmed, and always guaranteed grown on the farm. We are fully PROOF supportive and aim to source only PROOF/Humane Choice accredited produce. Hand Sourced is a fully Queensland owned and operated small business.
