…expect exactly what we deliver: high end, premium rare, heritage and hard to find produce sourced from regenerative small scale family farms. Our produce is featured in a number of exclusive restaurant and food venues throughout QLD, NSW and VIC. As we work directly for the farmers themselves, we are able to work with you to establish the very best in seasonal produce that will fit your menu for your clientele.


Because the bulk of our items are processed on farm, we specialise in finding the hard to get. Pure heritage big blood, trotters, heads and offal, cauls, fat, unbleached chicken feet, duck tongue, goose tongue, suet, and other tricky to source goods – ask us.

Our wild harvested game is processed to order. Award winning venison, rabbit, boar and more, all chemical free and roaming wild, gently harvested to your request. 

We work on full transparency and supply single origin produce only. This means we do not source boxed meats or bulk units of same style cuts. Rather, we encourage you to explore whole carcasses and full animals the way nature intended them to grow. Our produce is always free of antibiotics, hormones and chemicals, with farmed goods always regeneratively farmed, and always guaranteed grown on the farm.

We work exclusively alongside some of Australia’s multiple award winning small batch producers, and can supply many hard to find lines including Sommerlad Heritage Chickens, cockerels and roosters, UGoose geese and goslings, Burrawong Gaian pekin and muscovy ducks,  fully pastured Eugowra game quail, Barossa guinea fowl and pheasant, Fair Game wild harvested venison, and more. 


We are fully PROOF supportive and aim to source only PROOF/Humane Choice accredited produce. Hand Sourced is a fully Queensland owned and operated small family business.
