Goat

The Boer goat, originally from South Africa, is a specialist goat meat breed. Goat meat is prized in many cultures and high quality Boer goat meat is hard to find in Australia. Our goats are pasture raised on the Stewart family farm where they live stress-free, healthy outdoor lives. They roam under the sun and in the fresh air, and graze and socialise naturally as part of a herd.

The Stewarts run their own breeding program using stud quality bucks. 

Most people describe the taste of goat as delicious and like lamb, but leaning also towards the taste of beef. The best way to know what it is like is to give it a go!
