We offer two types of duck: Muscovy Duck; and Pekin Duck.
Pekin Ducks: Priding themselves on sustainable farming practices, ducks are incubated and raised by our farming partners Bill and Lucy Kruger from ‘The Broody Goose’. Chemical and hormone free, and packed by hand after processing, premium pasture-reared ducks roam an open-range environment allowing the birds to forage and express their character. With a paddock-to-plate philosophy and ethical farming methods, it’s no wonder Bill and Lucy won State placement in the delicious produce awards in 2024.
Muscovy Ducks: Fully pastured Muscovy ducks are bred, hatched, raised and slaughtered on farm. Ducks are antibiotic and hormone-free, and are fully free ranging on chemical-free pasture. They are hand processed and air chilled, with no chemical applications to the skin.
