Each order is for one carton of Wuuluman Regenerative Pastured beef bones containing approximately 5 (or) 10kg selection of mixed bone cuts.
Raised regeneratively on open pasture, Wuuluman Nguni cattle are slow-grown in a low-stress environment, producing beef with excellent texture, natural flavour, and depth.
Ideal for making rich stocks, broths, gravies, and slow-cooked dishes. Gentle simmering draws out the natural flavour, gelatin, and richness from the bones, creating a nourishing base for home cooking.

Wuuluman regenerative, pasture-raised rare breed Nguni cattle are slow-grown on open pasture for natural marbling, depth of flavour, and excellent eating quality. Grass-fed and grass-finished, this beef is supplied fresh frozen.
Every animal is bred, raised, and finished on the same small family-run farm, with care and transparency at every step. Wuuluman beef broth bones are a traditional kitchen essential, valued by cooks who appreciate the flavour and nourishment that comes from using the whole animal.

You will receive (approximations):
- 2kg Prime cuts (eg: porterhouse, eye fillet, scotch fillet, sirloin, T-Bone etc)
- 2kg Secondary cuts (eg:blade, round, cheeks, chuck, Osso Buco etc)
- 3kg Roasting cuts: (uncorned silverside, brisket, rib roast et)
- 1 kg Quick cuts (eg: diced beef, stir fry strips etc)
- 4 kg Minced beef (premium beef)
- 3kg sausages – preservative and gluten free
*content of actual cuts will vary, but will always tally minimum of 15kg.

Delivery Details
Each carton related to your order is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse to the address supplied on your order. Your invoice will reflect the final weight of the carton, you will be charged for your quarter, less any deposit paid, plus delivery.
Product is kept in a frozen chain from our depot through to your nearest cold store, however the courier who delivers your cartons may use a refrigerated vehicle, transported at 0c-1c – which mean you might (not always) see some softening of the product around the edges. This is not a problem – it is part of the Australian logistics networks. You can read more about that here.
