Each order is for one carton of wild-harvested venison, weighing approximately 10–12kg per carton. For larger quantities, select ‘2’ cartons to receive 20–24kg, ‘3’ for increments. Choose your preferred mix of cuts from the options below.

Each carton is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse to the address supplied on your order. Carton weights listed are indicative — your invoice will reflect the actual weight of the carton.
Product remains in a frozen chain from our depot to your nearest cold store. However, the courier who delivers your cartons may use a refrigerated vehicle, transported at 0–1°C. This means you may (though not always) notice some slight softening of the product around the edges. This is perfectly normal and simply a part of the broader Australian logistics network.
