Each order is for one carton of wild-harvested venison containing either one side, or two sides (equivalent to a whole animal), depending on your selection below, approx. 12-13kg (one side).
This is true wild venison — not farmed, not fenced. Harvested in remote Australian landscapes by licensed field harvesters, each animal is selected individually, taken humanely in its natural environment, and processed to order. It’s lean, chemical-free, and rich in flavour, and unlike farmed alternatives, wild venison offers a clean, natural taste that reflects the animal’s free-ranging diet and stress-free life. There are no industrial feedlots, no additives, no hormones — just ethical, sustainable meat harvested with respect.

This product is wild-harvested to order, prepared from a live animal, and delivered as a single side, or as a whole, butchered to your choices, selected below. Due to remote locations and limited transport options, please allow 2-4 weeks for processing and delivery.

Each carton is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse to the address supplied on your order. Carton weights listed are indicative — your invoice will reflect the actual weight of the carton.
Product remains in a frozen chain from our depot to your nearest cold store. However, the courier who delivers your cartons may use a refrigerated vehicle, transported at 0–1°C. This means you may (though not always) notice some slight softening of the product around the edges. This is perfectly normal and simply a part of the broader Australian logistics network.
