The food was sensational, and I wanted to share the full menu so you can see the other amazing producers around the Mudgee region who were highlighted in this incredible evening 😊

@kimcurrie925 from @thezinhouse created a range of beak-to-tailfeather dishes that showcased every part of the bird, showing how important each season and age of the bird is in food diversity. 🍽️ @lowefamilywineco paired THE perfect wines 🍷.

And dessert: I’ll just say it – that retired hen egg crème brûlée was the bomb 🔥🍮 I’ll be chasing that recipe for sure!
