Each order is for one carton of wild-harvested rabbit, with a minimum total weight of 10kg*, supplied frozen.
Wild-harvested rabbit is a rare and beautiful ingredient — lean, subtly gamey, and deeply versatile. Slow braise with wine and herbs, or roast gently with root veg and a smear of mustard. These animals live entirely wild lives, and the result is flavour that’s both clean and complex — a true expression of the Australian landscape.
Order now: Make your selection below, pay your deposit, and we’ll invoice you the balance depending on final weight and delivery location. Supplied frozen. Backorders: This product is harvested to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks from order to delivery to accommodate seasonal availability, remote location access, and careful on-demand processing.
ORIGIN STORY
Our wild rabbits are true single-origin game, ethically harvested by hand from the same region by a dedicated harvesting team.
Each rabbit is processed in a private, on-site facility owned and operated by the garvesting team, and tailored for culinary use — never bulk production. Harvested at night using a calm, ethical shot, these animals experience no fear, stress, or confinement. They live wild, forage naturally, and are never chased, trapped, or penned.
Each rabbit ranges from 900g to 1.2kg, entirely chemical-free and untouched by antibiotics or hormones — just as nature intended.

Each carton is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse to the address supplied with your order. Carton weights listed are indicative; your invoice will reflect the true weight of the carton.
Product is kept in a frozen chain from our depot to your nearest cold store. However, the courier who delivers your cartons may use a refrigerated vehicle transported at 0–1°C, which means you might (occasionally) notice some softening around the edges. This is normal and part of the Australian logistics network. You can read more about that here.
