Wuuluman Regenerative Pastured Pork: Mixed Box

Only Single origin, which means all our pigs come from the same small family farm.  A mixed selection of regenerative, pasture-raised pork from heritage Berkshire Black and Wessex Saddleback pigs. Slow-grown on open pasture for natural marbling, depth of flavour, and excellent eating quality. Supplied fresh frozen.

Raised regeneratively on open pasture, Wuuluman pigs are slow-grown in a low-stress environment, allowing them to root, forage, and express natural behaviours. This results in pork with natural marbling, firm texture, and deep, clean flavour — pork that performs beautifully whether roasted, braised, cured, or pan-fried.

Every animal is raised on a small family-run farm where breeding, rearing, and finishing are managed with care and transparency. The mixed box is ideal for home cooks who value ethical farming and want access to a range of premium cuts for everyday meals and special occasions alike.

Cuts may include a combination of roasts, chops, mince, sausages, and secondary cuts suitable for slow cooking, depending on availability. No two boxes are exactly the same, reflecting the seasonal and whole-animal nature of regenerative farming.

Each carton includes:

Weights vary slightly between boxes — when one cut is on the lighter side, another will be a little more generous. The overall carton weight averages 10-12kg. A full list of cuts will be availavle shortly. 

• 1 whole Sommerlad chicken (approx. 1.5kg)
  Perfect for a classic roast or breaking down into parts for several meals.

• Chicken breast, skin off (900g–1.3kg)
  Lean and versatile — ideal for stir-fries or schnitzel.

• Maryland cutlets (1.3kg-1.5kg)

• Thigh cutlets (900g–1kg)
  Succulent and forgiving — great grilled or stewed.

• Chicken mince (1kg appx)
  Makes excellent meatballs, patties, or rissoles.

• Chicken liver (500g)
  Rich, iron-packed pâté in minutes — freezes beautifully too.

• Chicken frames (1kg-1.2kg)
  Your broth base. Roast first for extra flavour depth.

• Chicken wings (1kg)

Delivery Details

Each carton is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse to the address supplied with your order. Carton weights listed are indicative; your invoice will reflect the true weight of the carton.

Product is kept in a frozen chain from our depot to your nearest cold store. However, the courier who delivers your cartons may use a refrigerated vehicle transported at 0–1°C, which means you might (occasionally) notice some softening around the edges. This is normal and part of the Australian logistics network.  You can read more about that here.
