We keep the stress low by taking no less than 2 cows on the short trip to the abattoir at a time. We never take single animals. They travel early in the morning with at least 1 friend, where they are ethically dispatched shortly after daybreak. 

Each order is for one carton of Wuuluman Regenerative Pastured Beef  containing approximately 15kg selection of mixed cuts.  $606.06 per 15kg carton.

Order now: 15kg pack, sliced/diced and portion-packed (see ‘What’s in the Box’ for more detail). Beef is supplied snap frozen.
Once cattle are ready for market, we’ll confirm final contents, your delivery location, and invoice the balance. 

Expected delivery: August 2026.

Delivery includes up to two cartons. Any additional items (such as bones) will be packed into the second carton where required. Minimum quantities apply to ensure cartons are packed securely and do not collapse during transport.

ORIGIN STORY

Pasture living without chemicals or grain, there is literally nothing other than organic quality beef in each of our 15kg boxes.  This is pure cow.

Only Single origin, which means all our beef comes from the same small family farm.

Regenerative, pasture-raised rare breed Nguni cattle, slow-grown on open pasture for natural marbling, depth of flavour, and excellent eating quality. Supplied fresh frozen.

Every animal is bred, raised, and finished on the same small family-run farm, with care and transparency at every step. The mixed box is designed for home cooks who value ethical farming and want access to a variety of premium cuts for everyday meals as well as slower, more thoughtful cooking.

Cuts may include a combination of roasts, chops, mince, sausages, and secondary cuts suited to slow cooking, depending on availability. No two boxes are ever the same, reflecting the seasonal, whole-animal nature of regenerative farming.

You will receive (approximations):

  • 2kg Prime cuts (eg: porterhouse, eye fillet, scotch fillet, sirloin, T-Bone etc)
  • 2kg Secondary cuts (eg:blade, round, cheeks, chuck, Osso Buco etc)
  • 3kg Roasting cuts: (uncorned silverside, brisket, rib roast et)
  • 1 kg Quick cuts (eg: diced beef, stir fry strips etc)
  • 4 kg Minced beef (premium beef)
  • 3kg sausages – preservative and gluten free

*content of actual cuts will vary, but will always tally minimum of 15kg.

Delivery Details

Each carton related to your order is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse to the address supplied on your order.  Your invoice will reflect the final weight of the carton, you will be charged for your quarter, less any deposit paid, plus delivery.

Product is kept in a frozen chain from our depot through to your nearest cold store, however the courier who delivers your cartons may use a refrigerated vehicle, transported at 0c-1c – which mean you might (not always) see some softening of the product around the edges. This is not a problem – it is part of the Australian logistics networks. You can read more about that here.
