Where a deposit is required to secure the order, the balance of your account will be subject to any final weights and delivery fees.  Payment of all balances must be made prior to collection or delivery, and can be made via bank transfer or credit card (a 2.5% credit surcharge applies). Balance totals, including delivery or handling fees, will be issued via invoice.

Most of our producers and suppliers choose not to use liners, insulation, or ice packs in their packaging to reduce their carbon footprint and minimise waste. Your product will arrive in typical wholesale packaging (sealed cardboard cartons). You must be home for your delivery or ask a neighbour to receive your box and place the products in your refrigerator or freezer.

Primal cuts:
Large muscles ready for you to cut down further at home. These might look like the portions divided by the dotted lines on the diagram above.

Example: 

Usually, primal will be boneless apart from the shoulder.  You might request rib fillet, sirloin, rump, topside, silver side, heal, foreshank, backstrap, tenderloin.
All trim unsliced and packed, bones cut into 3-4inch pieces.

Sliced and Diced:
Cut smaller ready for your freezer.

Example:

All primals sliced into steaks;  sliver sides and 1st cuts turned into mince.  Trim can be turned into sausages or into mince. The shoulder, neck and heal muscles into diced meat, and  bones cut into 3-4 inch pieces. Tenderloin and backstrap come as fillets.

All products are in cryovac bags and labelled with weights.
