Wuuluman pigs are regenerative, pasture-raised heritage Berkshire Black and Wessex Saddleback pigs, slow-grown on open pasture for natural marbling, depth of flavour, and excellent eating quality. Supplied fresh frozen.
Raised regeneratively on pasture, these pigs live outdoors in a low-stress environment where they can root, forage, and roll in the mud — just as pigs should. This way of farming builds healthier soils, respects the animal, and produces pork with firm texture, clean fat, and deeply satisfying flavour. It’s pork that cooks beautifully whether you’re roasting, braising, curing, or keeping things simple in the pan.
Every animal is bred, raised, and finished on the same small family-run farm, with care and transparency at every step. The mixed box is designed for home cooks who value ethical farming and want access to a variety of premium cuts for everyday meals as well as slower, more thoughtful cooking.
Cuts may include a combination of roasts, chops, mince, sausages, and secondary cuts suited to slow cooking, depending on availability. No two boxes are ever the same, reflecting the seasonal, whole-animal nature of regenerative farming.

Each carton is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse to the address supplied with your order. Carton weights listed are indicative; your invoice will reflect the true weight of the carton.
Product is kept in a frozen chain from our depot to your nearest cold store. However, the courier who delivers your cartons may use a refrigerated vehicle transported at 0–1°C, which means you might (occasionally) notice some softening around the edges.
