Wuuluman Regenerative Pastured Pork: Side of Pork Equivalent

Single origin only — all our pigs come from the same small family farm.

Wuuluman pigs are regenerative, pasture-raised heritage Berkshire Black and Wessex Saddleback pigs, slow-grown on open pasture for natural marbling, depth of flavour, and excellent eating quality. Supplied fresh frozen.

Raised regeneratively on pasture, these pigs live outdoors in a low-stress environment where they can root, forage, and roll in the mud — just as pigs should. This way of farming builds healthier soils, respects the animal, and produces pork with firm texture, clean fat, and deeply satisfying flavour.

It’s pork that cooks beautifully whether you’re roasting, braising, curing, or keeping things simple in the pan.

Every animal is bred, raised, and finished on the same small family-run farm, with care and transparency at every step. The mixed box is designed for home cooks who value ethical farming and want access to a variety of premium cuts for everyday meals as well as slower, more thoughtful cooking.

Cuts may include a combination of roasts, chops, mince, sausages; hand smoked ham and bacon; and secondary cuts suited to slow cooking, depending on availability. No two sides are ever the same, reflecting the seasonal, whole-animal nature of regenerative farming.

Weights vary slightly between boxes — when one cut is on the lighter side, another will be a little more generous.

• Pork roast – leg or shoulder
  Leg is lean and elegant, ideal for slow roasting with crisp crackling. Shoulder is richly marbled and forgiving — perfect for long, slow cooks and pulled pork.
• Pork loin chops
  Juicy and tender with a fine fat cover — excellent pan-fried, grilled, or quickly roasted.
• Pork belly
  Deeply flavoured and well layered — ideal for slow roasting, braising, or slicing for crackling-topped portions.
• American-style pork ribs
  Meaty and full of flavour — perfect for low-and-slow cooking, BBQ, or oven-baked until sticky and tender.

  Lean, delicate, and quick-cooking — best pan-seared, roasted whole, or sliced for fast midweek meals.

Delivery Details

Each carton is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse to the address supplied with your order. Carton weights listed are indicative; your invoice will reflect the true weight of the carton.

Product is kept in a frozen chain from our depot to your nearest cold store. However, the courier who delivers your cartons may use a refrigerated vehicle transported at 0–1°C, which means you might (occasionally) notice some softening around the edges. This is normal and part of the Australian logistics network.  You can read more about that here. 

Sausage & Bacon Ingredients

The sausages are 100% pork sausages, however they are currently being made using either the Apple & Rosemary sausage premix and/or the Old English Pork premix that the butcher is presently using.

The intention moving forward is to revert to completely plain 100% pure pork sausages.

If you would prefer not to have sausages included in your order, please select the “no sausages” option.

Bacon is nitrate free but not nitrite free. There are no sweetness or fillers.
