Fully Pastured Beef – Herdshare – Full Side (60kg)

Pasture living without chemicals or grain, there is literally nothing other than organic quality beef in each of our herdshare packs. Grown for us by Warren and Karen, who value the importance of soil health and study the works of Alan Savory, Joel Salatin and Dr Christine Jones. They know that what is good for the soil is good for growing healthy livestock and ultimately healthy people. This is pure cow.

Package sizes

Karen and Warren will pack to suit a roughly 4 person household.  Here’s an approximation guideline:

• 4 Rib fillets per pack (because they are smaller than most butcher shop windows)
• 2 Rump steaks per pack (because a rump is always a bigger cut of meat).
• Mince 500gm packs.
• T-Bones 2/pack.
• Strips 500gm.
• Roast – generally around 1.2-1.5kg, single packed.
• Sausages 500gm packs.
• Diced 500gm packs.
• There are always a few odds and end….1 stray rump left over and so on!

Delivery details

Each carton related to your order is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse to the address supplied on your order.  Your invoice will reflect the final weight of the carton, you will be charged $1380.00 for your quarter, less any deposit paid, plus delivery.

Product is kept in a frozen chain from our depot through to your nearest cold store, however the courier who delivers your cartons may use a refrigerated vehicle, transported at 0c-1c – which mean you might (not always) see some softening of the product around the edges. This is not a problem – it is part of the Australian logistics networks. You can read more about that here.
