Each order is for one carton containing one whole Wuuluman Regenerative Pastured Pork Smoked Leg Ham on the bone, weighing approximately 6–8kg.
Wuuluman pigs are raised slowly on open pasture on a small family-run farm, where they are free to roam, root and forage in a low-stress natural environment. This way of raising pigs produces pork with excellent texture, balanced fat and a deep, clean flavour — qualities that are especially evident in a traditionally cured, slowly smoked ham.
Traditionally cured and hand smoked, this whole ham is ready to carve and enjoy. Serve it simply in thin slices, or use the ham over several meals in salads, omelettes, sandwiches and other dishes. The bone can also be used to add rich flavour to soups, stocks and slow-cooked dishes.
If you would like to make use of the remaining carton capacity, approximately 2–4kg of traditionally cured bacon products can be added. Depending on availability, these may include belly, loin (short) and shoulder rashers.
Order Now: Make your selection below, pay your deposit, and we’ll invoice you the balance depending on final weight and delivery location once pigs are ready for market. Bacon is supplied blast frozen after processing.
Expected availability: November 2026.
ORIGIN STORY
Single origin only — all our pigs come from the same small family farm.
Wuuluman pigs are regenerative, pasture-raised heritage Berkshire Black and Wessex Saddleback pigs, slow-grown on open pasture for natural marbling, depth of flavour, and excellent eating quality. Supplied fresh frozen.
Raised regeneratively on pasture, these pigs live outdoors in a low-stress environment where they can root, forage, and express natural behaviours — just as pigs should. This way of farming builds healthier soils, respects the animal, and produces pork with firm texture, clean fat, and deeply satisfying flavour.
This whole leg of pork is traditionally cured and hand smoked on the bone, allowing the quality of the pork to remain at the centre of the finished ham. Slow smoking adds depth and character without overwhelming the natural flavour of the meat, while curing on the bone helps produce a beautifully textured, richly flavoured ham.
Every animal is bred, raised, and finished on the same small family-run farm, with care and transparency at every step. This is pork for people who value traditional methods, ethical farming, and food with a clear connection back to the producer.

Delivery Details
Each carton is dispatched from our Sydney warehouse to the address supplied with your order. Carton weights listed are indicative; your invoice will reflect the true weight of the carton.
Product is kept in a frozen chain from our depot to your nearest cold store. However, the courier who delivers your cartons may use a refrigerated vehicle transported at 0–1°C, which means you might (occasionally) notice some softening around the edges. This is normal and part of the Australian logistics network. You can read more about that here.
