Each order is for one whole Wuuluman Regenerative Pastured Pork Porchetta weighing approximately 5-6kg. Porchetta is rolled and tied ready for you to stuff and season if required.
Raised regeneratively on open pasture, Wuuluman pigs are heritage Berkshire Black and Wessex Saddleback pigs, slow-grown in a low-stress environment where they can root, forage, and express natural behaviours. This approach results in pork with natural marbling, firm texture, and deep, clean flavour — pork that performs beautifully whether roasted, braised, cured, or pan-fried.
A substantial pork roast designed for slow roasting, porchetta makes an impressive centrepiece for a long lunch or family gathering. Roast slowly until the pork is tender and the outside is crisp and golden. Allow the meat to rest before carving for the best result.
If you would like to make use of the remaining carton capacity, additional Wuuluman pork cuts of bacon; mince, or chops as a filler, and can be added to bring the carton closer to 10kg, depending on availability.
Order Now: Make your selection below and pay your deposit. Once pigs are ready for market, we’ll confirm final contents, weight, delivery location, and invoice the balance. Pork is supplied blast frozen after processing.
Expected availability: October -November 2026.
ORIGIN STORY
Single origin only — all our pigs come from the same small family farm.
Wuuluman pigs are regenerative, pasture-raised heritage Berkshire Black and Wessex Saddleback pigs, slow-grown on open pasture for natural marbling, depth of flavour, and excellent eating quality. Supplied fresh frozen.
Raised regeneratively on pasture, these pigs live outdoors in a low-stress environment where they can root, forage, and roll in the mud — just as pigs should. This way of farming builds healthier soils, respects the animal, and produces pork with firm texture, clean fat, and deeply satisfying flavour.
Whole porchetta is a beautiful way to make the most of a substantial pork cut. Rolled and prepared for roasting, it is ideal for a long, slow cook that allows the meat to become tender while the outside develops a beautifully crisp, golden finish.
Every animal is bred, raised, and finished on the same small family-run farm, with care and transparency at every step. The mixed box is designed for home cooks who value ethical farming and want access to a variety of premium cuts for everyday meals as well as slower, more thoughtful cooking.
Cuts may include a combination of roasts, chops, mince, sausages, and secondary cuts suited to slow cooking, depending on availability. No two boxes are ever the same, reflecting the seasonal, whole-animal nature of regenerative farming.
