• Wild Goat, harvested VIC/NSW border – Whole goat carcass: boxed 6 way cut (shoulders, middle, leg); Half goat carcass: boxed 3 way cut (shoulder, middle, leg); Boneless meat
• Wild Wallaby (Flinder’s Island) – Porterhouse; Topside; Rump; Tail (bone in); Shanks (bone in); Mince; Trim 15kg carton
• Wild Boar (NSW/VIC border) – Whole boar carcass: boxed 6 way cut; Half boar carcass: boxed 3 way cut (shoulders, middle, leg); Striploin; Shoulder (bone-in); Belly; Diced meat; Minced meat; Trim
• Wild Venison (Sambar) NSW/VIC border – eye fillet; tenderloin; backstrap; rib rack; rump; topside; silverside; round; ribs; shanks; rib rack; jerky trim; marrow bones
• Wild Venison (Multispecies) – tenderloin; backstrap; boned leg; bone in shoulder; diced; minced; sausages and small goods

Collection and Delivery

Where a deposit is required to secure the order, the balance of your account will be subject to any final weights.  Payment of all balances must be made prior to collection or delivery, and can be made via bank transfer or credit card (a 2.5% credit surcharge applies). Balance totals, including delivery or handling fees, will be issued via invoice.

• Do we deliver to your area? Please ensure you have read all freight and delivery information for locations, rates, courier terms and information before placing and finalising your order.
• Looking to pick up? Pick up of certain items is available to Brisbane QLD (check product listings); and Beechworth VIC. Please contact us before ordering if you are looking for pick up and are unsure of the availability.

Most of our producers and suppliers choose not to use liners, insulation, or ice packs in their packaging to reduce their carbon footprint and minimise waste. Your product will arrive in typical wholesale packaging (sealed cardboard cartons). You must be home for your delivery or ask a neighbour to receive your box and place the products in your refrigerator or freezer.
